How it works
Sealed at our factory
Before your order leaves us, we attach a unique Tag Loop — sealed, numbered, and tied to your order.
Delivered intact
Your Tag Loop ID is shared with you by email the moment your order ships — a small proof that nothing's been touched since it left our hands.
Kept intact for returns
If you'd like to return or exchange the piece, the Tag Loop simply needs to still be attached and unbroken.
Please note
If the Tag Loop is removed or the seal is broken, we're unable to accept that item for return or exchange. This one small thread is what lets us promise every customer a piece that has never been worn.
