Agreement to terms

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years of age, or transacting under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order on this website.

Product listings and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to limit order quantities. Product colours may vary slightly from images due to screen display and manufacturing batch variation.

Placing an order

An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/SMS. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are dispatched from our manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional logistics constraints beyond our control.

Returns and refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in the same condition it was received — with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the timeline specified in our Returns Policy.

Purchases via third-party marketplaces

Orders placed through Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, Flipkart, or Jiomart are governed by that platform's own terms, return policy, and grievance mechanism, in addition to product warranty terms set by Braclo as the manufacturer.

Ownership of content

All content on this site — including product designs, photography, tech pack illustrations, logos, and text — is the property of Braclo Worldwide Fashions Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Braclo's liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the order in question.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Alwar Rajasthan
